Some days I wake up with ideas buzzing and zero energy to chase them. Since my coma in 2021, that's just part of life. My body sets the pace now, not my to-do list. But I've learned that low energy doesn't have to mean no creating. Here's what helps me.

1. Tiny counts. One line of a lyric is a win. One image idea is a win. I used to think I had to finish something for it to matter. Now I collect pieces, and they add up.

2. Keep a catch-all spot. I keep my lyric scraps and ideas where I can grab them fast. Half-finished lines have turned into whole songs later.

3. Rest is part of the process. Bizzare took a lot of rest breaks to make. That's okay. The song didn't care how long it took, and neither did the finished video.

4. Use the tools that meet you where you are. Some of my work is made with AI tools and some isn't. For me, AI helps on the days my hands or my energy won't cooperate. The words and feelings are still mine.

5. Make it cozy. Blanket, comfy spot, something warm to drink. If creating feels like a chore, I'm less likely to start.

6. Let the mood choose the project. Sad day? That's a haunted song day. Silly day? Maybe a punk song with too many swear words. 😂 I stop fighting how I feel and use it.

7. Share when you're ready, not before. I took a long break from social media, and coming back felt scary. Your work will still be there when you're ready to show it.

If you're a creator running on low battery too, I see you. Go slow. Make the small thing. It still counts. 🦋
